Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Casinofinder.ca ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Casinofinder.ca website and any related services, content, or features (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Eligibility and intended audience
The Site is intended for adult audiences in Canada. Gambling is age-restricted in all Canadian provinces and territories. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (19 or older in most provinces; 18 or older in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec) to participate in gambling activities. Our content is informational and does not constitute an invitation or inducement to gamble.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your province or territory of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Informational purpose only
Casinofinder.ca is an independent Canadian iGaming news and information publication. All content published on the Site, including articles, guides, analysis, and commentary, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice.
Gambling laws, regulations, and operator practices in Canada change frequently and vary by province. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our content, we do not guarantee that any information on the Site is complete, current, reliable, or error-free. You should independently verify any important details with official sources, such as provincial lottery corporations, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), or iGaming Ontario, before making any decisions based on our content.
Intellectual property rights
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, articles, photographs, images, graphics, charts, data, logos, trademarks, trade names, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Casinofinder.ca or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Site, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of the Site or its content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties.
User conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmitting, or procuring the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, or spam.
- Knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
- Attacking the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you engage in any prohibited conduct, without notice and at our sole discretion.
External links and third-party content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Casinofinder.ca. These links are provided for your convenience and information only. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, materials, and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casinofinder.ca disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Site and any linked sites.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Casinofinder.ca, its owners, editors, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content on it.
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Casinofinder.ca has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Casinofinder.ca, its affiliates, licensors, editors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Casinofinder.ca regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
